    • Workshops, webinars, and mentorship programs
  1. No Transfer Policy
  • Course enrollment is non-transferable.
  • Fees cannot be transferred to another person, batch, or course.
  1. Demo / Free Trial Sessions (If Applicable)
  • Demo or free trial sessions are provided only for evaluation purposes.
  • Enrollment after a demo or trial confirms acceptance of the course structure and content.
  • No refund requests will be entertained after enrollment.
  1. Course Access Issues
  • If you face technical issues accessing course material due to our system error, we will:
    • Provide alternate access, or
    • Extend access duration (if applicable)
  • No monetary refund will be issued for technical issues.
  1. Trainer / Schedule Changes
  • Direct Margin Academy reserves the right to:
    • Change trainers
    • Modify class schedules
    • Reschedule sessions
  • Such changes do not qualify for a refund.
  1. Missed Classes
  • No refund or compensation will be provided for:
    • Missed classes
    • Late joining
    • Incomplete attendance
  • Access to recordings may be provided if available (no guarantee).
  1. Force Majeure

No refunds shall be issued for cancellations or interruptions due to events beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government regulations
  • Internet or power failures
  • Market holidays or technical breakdowns
  1. Duplicate / Excess Payment
  • If a user makes a duplicate payment due to technical error, the excess amount will be refunded after verification within 7–10 working days.
  1. Payment Gateway Charges
  • Any applicable payment gateway or transaction charges are non-refundable.
